We want to meet you either online or face to face in order to get to know each other, to answer your additional questions and to see to what extent we can put things in motion.

4. Signing of the non-disclosure agreement and payment of a fee as a deposit for the business plan.

We will send you some confidential information. For an optimal mutual protection, this information will be provided only after signing the non-discolsure agreement and after paying the business plan fee. This fee is refunded after the completion of the plan.

5. Create your own business plan for your Salad Box location!

Based on the information provided by us, you will have a period of time (established by mutual agreement) to achieve your business plan. During this period you will be assigned a consultant who will provide the necessary support.

6. Reviewing the business plan and the final selection

Once the business plan passes our criteria, and we establish a common business vision, we reach the last steps.

7. Contract signing and agreements implementation

At this stage we only need to sign the contract and clarify certain details. We are already partners!

Salad Box is a company built on strong moral and business values and puts in readiness a series of facilities designed following a development plan well up to draw the profit maximization. Below, you have the main benefits of Salad Box Franchise:

  • Franchise operating manual comprised of: manager manual, employee manual;
  • Marketing procedures and visual identity manual;
  • Training before opening, during opening, ongoing (management training, staff training);

  • Ongoing business consultancy;

The investment in a Salad Box location varies according to the market indicators and the location plan and features. The cost structure has to be developed by the candidate in his own business plan.

30 sqm. An optimal location needs be between 40 and 100 square meters.

The Salad Box Franchisee needs to pay the following taxes:

  • Royalty Fee: 5% of the net income
  • Branding Fee: between 1-1.5% of the net income

It’s not mandatory to have previous experience in food industry or food business. But as any experience, it can be an advantage.
Each investor, no matter the experience he has, will be provided with a complete training and operating manual, along with the guidance of a trained staff.

Paying the Salad Box Franchise includes the tax for the training program.

Salad Box will be assisting you during training and instruction for a 12 days period of time. This period is divided in 2 steps: first in 9 days long and implies a training of the future franchisee in a Salad Box location, the second, 3 days long, is located in the newly opened location. The program assures the successful deployment of business management abilities required by Salad Box system.

The franchise contract is signed for 5 years and yes, it can be extended.
